From 1 January 2021, you can no longer apply for an energy label via Digid. Does your home not have a definitive energy label? No worries. We can arrange this for you by having a specialist over.
Time to let the neighbourhood know that your residence can be rented out. We stick a rental sign on the window or put one in the front yard. However, if that's not what you want then that's fine too. It's your call!
Storytelling works! In addition to beautiful photos, a video and Instagram stories, we will therefore also present your home together with a good story. No boring description but a catchy text full of facts and benefits.

We send an invitation by email and WhatsApp to all home seekers and fellow realtors in our database (A-List). They can be the first to see. We call this the Early Bird viewing.
On Instagram, we post a story in which we emphasise the advantages of your home with the text 'coming soon'. There will also be a video on YouTube and Facebook. We usually get the first requests within minutes.
Before your property is put on housing websites, we start with the Early bird viewing. All residence seekers who have responded via Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, email and WhatsApp will be there.
We're going online! The story of your rental property is told on all relevant housing websites and platforms, including Funda, Pararius, VBO, Jaap.nl and of course our own websites.
We plan viewings in consultation with you. The visit can be face to face or via FaceTime and is supported by a VR tour. We will always keep you informed via WhatsApp.
Now we're talking. The rental proposals, including stories from the potential tenants, are received by e-mail. We will give you expert advice over the phone. Thanks to our negotiating skills, we do not rest until the maximum result has been achieved.
Can't choose between the different proposals? We are happy to organise a 'meet and greet' with potential candidates. Like a job interview, but different. It's always nice to meet in person.
After 12 years of renting out in Amsterdam, we can write a book with all the knowledge we have gained. We've seen all sorts of things happen. A good check of the tenant is therefore really crucial. We work with Huurcheck, call the employer and want to view payslips.
Time to draw up the rental agreement. Both parties will receive a draft rental agreement including an English translation. After approval, you can sign digitally with DocuSign. Super fast and easy. We love it.
After signing the rental agreement, the tenant transfers the deposit directly to your bank account. The rent must be paid into your account before the key transfer, otherwise, the tenant will not receive the keys. Our invoice will arrive approximately three days before provision.
The day of check-in has arrived! Make sure the house is clean and free of defects. Hand over 2 sets of keys and leave a list of important phone numbers. We take photos of the interior and furniture and record this in a report. Congratulations on the result and see you soon!
