There is much work to be done before your home is photographed and recorded on video. It starts with cleaning up personal belongings. Think of family photos, the children's toys, the dog bed and items lying around. We also recommend painting coloured walls white, chromatically arrange books in the bookcase and cleaning your home thoroughly. The goal is to present the house as neutrally and fresh as possible, making sure the house attracts as many potential buyers as possible.
How do we accomplish this together? You will receive a 'to-do list' from us making sure you know exactly what needs to be done in preparation. On the photography and videography day, one of our stylists will dot the i's and cross the t's. We bring nice accessories to style the house. Naturally, we are also present during the shoot. Everything for the perfect picture and the very best sales result!
